Jim McKenzie played 15 seasons in the NHL with stops in Hartford, Dallas, Pittsburgh, Winnipeg, Arizona, Anaheim, Washington, Nashville and won the Stanley Cup with the New Jersey Devils. Amassing 1739 penalty minutes and 214 fights (He scored some goals too) and is considered to be one of the most underrated NHL Enforcers to ever drop the mitts.
Here's another cool Fight Stories exclusive. Years before the podcast was even a thought, hockey fight super fan Tyler Morrison put a reel of Jim McKenzie's best fights together and posted it to youtube. His daughters, who had no idea there dad was such a brute, got a hold of the clip and it became a running joke within the McKenzie family, whenever they were dating somebody "Did you show him the tape?"

It's the 80's and comedian Rich Vos is rolling around the bars with a posse doing coke and throwing karate kicks. A green belt in Taekwondo, Vos spent summer nights getting high and fighting his friends on the front lawn. And some hilarious stories about fights that broke out while he was on stage.

Tyler Morrison's Rain Man level of hockey fight knowledge is on full display as he and John Moses, sit down with former NHL enforcer Darin Kimble. Kimble played for the Quebec Nordiques, St Louis Blues, Chicago Blackhawks and the Boston Bruins, where he amassed 1082 penalty minutes and 113 fights. He also scored 23 goals and had 20 assists (if you're in to that type of thing). Kimble fought all of the bad boys during the toughest era the game has ever seen. They don't play like this anymore. He was a ten years old, out with his parents and his sister for an otherwise perfect day at the beach, when some hooligan grabs his mother's ass "Honey get the car." Oh and Artie also talks about Quincey Jones, Tupac and the Reverend Bob Levy eating blue cheese out of a different woman's asshole every night for two years, miraculously no one died.
